I haven’t been up to the challenge over the past three weeks due to an awful bout of the flu followed by a lingering case of bronchitis. I’m finally starting to feel better. I’m gearing up to get back on the program this week.
Here are the goals in this challenge:
- Exercise 4-5 times a week for an hour including cardio and strength training
- Eat 1500 calories a day
- Follow the principles of Intuitive Eating
- Keep a food and exercise journal
- Do some form of relaxation exercise 2-3 times a week
- Be accepting of the fact that there may be days I will get off track
- Get back on track immediately if there is a glitch
I’ve been stalled since I got sick, which has been completely frustrating, but it is time to get back on track. I should see some progress soon if I ease back into exercising and start keeping my journal this week.
