90 Day Health Challenge

Starting on March 1st I plan to spend the next 90 days working on my overall health. This includes increasing healthy habits and reducing stress.

I debated whether to call this post a weight loss or health challenge. I decided that overall health should be the main focus.

Here is the game plan:

  1. Exercise 4-5 times a week for an hour including cardio and strength training
  2. Eat 1500 calories a day (Calculate your daily calorie needs here)
  3. Follow the principles of Intuitive Eating
  4. Keep a food and exercise journal
  5. Do some form of relaxation exercise 2-3 times a week such as yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises
  6. Be accepting of the fact that there may be days I will get off track
  7. Get back on track immediately if there is a glitch

I feel that the best way to keep it real is to put this out there for my audience. Wish me luck and if you have any helpful tips send them my way.
